Remote Support
Remote support is offered, but is not required to maintain DI Tax. The benefit of adding remote support gives some tax departments the peace of mind knowing they are not dependent on over-burdened IT departments when they need attention.
Remote support is available at two levels.
Application level
Via DI Roles, a custom application that allows our support team to interact directly with the DI Tax application, troubleshooting errors or adding customization.
Server level
SCH can provide the most support with access granted not only to the application, but also direct (typically VPN) access to databases and servers.
