Be sure to include the following information:

  • Document Name (found in the Title bar)
  • Publication Date (found in the About window)
  • Help Version Number (found in the About window)
  • Topic title
  • Detailed description of the suggestion or error (for example, are you reviewing step-by-step instructions that are inaccurate, grammatical errors in a specific paragraph, information that requires clarification or more details, etc.)
  • Contact information in case we have questions regarding the suggestion or error
